Great place. Beautiful location. We ate outside. Very nice atmosphere inside and out. Mare a reservation on find a table. Was not that crowded when we went and it was Saturday at 6:00. Us and one other table were sitting outside. By 7:40 the place was packed out and tons of people waiting for a table. Glad we got there a little earlier. Food was incredible. Table side mozzarella making is a must. Nice experience. Fight of sangrias was very good. Bacon wrapped scallops, scallops were perfectly cooked and had an amazing cream sauce good for bread swabbing. My wife got the chicken picante which had a hint of spice and was very tender. I got a shrimp dish in a red cream sauce over sauteed spinach. I also “Crowned it” with a mozzarella wedge. Dessert cappuccino and fried rainbow cookies which was basically a rainbow cookie with a Zeppoli wrapped around it. Phenomenal. Food 10, service 10, ambiance 10. I read slit of negative reviews many of which spoke about the slowness of the staff? I can see when the place is packed out it might take a bit for them to get to you but it’s not fir a lack of trying, the staff is working their butts off. The Maitre D was even getting drinks and helping the full house. You need to give this place a try and if it’s crowded just relax with a drink and enjoy.
We hosted our baby shower here in April 2025 and let me just say it exceeded all of our expectations! Firstly, Asia, our event coordinator, went above and beyond for us and all of our nuance requests. She took the time to personalize EVERYTHING, down to the menu (pics attached!) we wanted to show our guests all of the drink options, so Asia also went above and beyond and printed drink tents for our event. Flawless planning, flawless execution. Communication was great through the entire planning process. She even met us on a Sunday morning to walk the space beforehand for measurements and design layout. All of the servers helped my mom and cousin set up the day of and did it with enthusiasm and smiles the entire time. The service truly was next to none some of the best service I’ve endured hosting an event (and I host a lot of events both personally and professionally!) We went with the ITA package, and while pricier than maybe some other places locally, was WELL WORTH IT. They do not nickel and dime you, and servers going around family style for both appetizers and entrees made it so that your guests didn’t have to commit to one dish - which was appreciated all around. The food was delicious and definitely better than any country club or catering hall I’ve ever attended for an event like this. I can’t stress enough on how stellar the service was through the entire event. Whoever is hiring & training this team, brava. BONUS : if you book in the off season, you have the ENTIRE restaurant to yourself! Thank you, ITA for making our baby shower one for the books!
What a way to end a gorgeous weekend! Had brunch with family members at ITA and the staff was pleasant and professional. Enjoyed brunch overlooking the water. Between the delicious food and salt water air, it felt like we were on vacation. Love the background music, too! A new favorite spot for brunch!
My husband and I have eaten at ITA East Moriches many times. We have never been disappointed. Last evening we were blessed to have server Sydney who was the absolute best! The calamari with cherry pepper sauce was excellent. Highly recommend ITA East Moriches.
This was absolutely a five-star restaurant. Tucked away neatly in East Moriches right on the water. They have inside and outside seating with fire pits for when it’s a little chilly. My waited was very tentative and quick to get to my table. He explained the menu in detail for those of us that we’re new. We had so many courses at the table and we got our on trees in a decent amount of time. I was very pleased with the menu in the options along with the drink choices. I would 100% recommend espresso martini flight!
Lots of vegetarian options! We ate alfresco to take advantage of the water view! Great dock area to take pictures! The food presentation was great. We shared some pasta dishes which were delicious . You must try the watermelon salad!
Amazing place! Another ITA success story. Food is Italian American and it is top notch. Caesar salad, Spicy Rigatoni with Chicken Milanese, Shrimp Sauteed in Spinach, cappuccinos, Cannoli Crumb Cake..all amazing, no complaints. The Coconut Mojito is very good. The service, although they are new (a few days old) they were accommodating and fast. Everyone is polite. The atmosphere is great. Great vibe, perfect views. I feel it will be the most successful restaurant that has ever been in this location. You can drive your boat up at the marina as well. Tell 'em Barsnobs sent ya! Added this: two different couples in my family went over the last week with service issues. One had gotten served very late while sitting at a table. The other had a bad experience late at night. 815 res, seated at 9 at the time of closing and was rushed. I tried to convince them ITA is great but they had bad experiences so let's hope time will give this specific ITA an more experienced staff and a better management grip! We want them to succeed. We went for a drink on Memorial Day Eve weekend kickoff and it was phenomenal. Love them now. Great job!
Gorgeous day on a Friday afternoon to sit outside and eat lunch by the water! I had the clams as an appetizer and that was really delicious as I couldn’t stop eating them! I ordered the lobster roll which was really delicious and filling! I will definitely come back soon on another beautiful day! The waiter Sal is very awesome!
